What our services include
It may be that your family has moved into their own home and they do not have the time they used to. We are on hand to offer social support and companionship, whether it be once weekly to a full-time 24-hour package of care, we can provide this and match each carer to your hobbies and interests.
Our Care Team can offer:
- Household Tasks such as domestic duties or shopping
- Accessing the community (providing a companion to go out socially including trips to the beach, cinema, pub etc)
- Company, a companion to sit and reminisce with and share stories
- Offer Reassurance
- Daily routines offering assistance to keep track of appointments
- We can provide a driver so you can easily access the community without any hassle.
