Please read below for our international recruitment process.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Please note we have now put our international recruitment process on hold, while we focus on ensuring our new recruits are settled after inductions and training. Whilst we may still have limited job availability, we would like to reiterate that we are only taking on applicants with a full manual driving license as it is crucial to the work and also require a minimum of 6 months experience. Thank you.


At SNE Care Services LTD, we require all applicants to provide the following documentation on application for tier 2 sponsorship:

  • Senior healthcare / healthcare worker application form 
  • Valid international passport
  • Proof of knowledge of English 
  • Tuberculosis test result 
  • Police clearance certificate
  • Two professional references with contact information
  • Evidence of academic qualifications and professional certification
  • Proof of current employment 
  • Proof of covid-19 vaccination 
  • Health questionnaire 


Upon arrival to UK SNE Care will support in the following:

  • A full DBS check 
  • HMRC New starter payroll form
  • Signed tenancy agreement (finding accommodation.)
  • Bank account opening
  • UK National Insurance number application,
  • GP registration 
  • Mobile phone registration. 
  • Area induction (shown around the local community)


You will be required to complete SNE mandatory training via Blue stream e-learning Academy. This will consist of 68 modules and will be registered by the training lead. Applicants are also required to complete care certificate 15 standards (you will be sent material by the training lead).


Finally, before beginning employment, applicants will complete one week in house training. This will consist of: 

  • Induction health and safety and hazards
  • Who we are and how we work and systems we use
  • Moving & Handling theory & practical 
  • Safe handling of medications – Theory & Practical.
