Training support we offer our staff:

We have the bonus of having our very own in-house trainer on hand 5 days a week. You will undertake a 4-day

intense training course to ensure each potential carer has what it takes to fulfil the role of an SNE Carer. Staff must be assessed and passed off by our trainer prior to been offered a job with SNE Care. We find this way we ensure we have the highest quality standard off staff that pride themselves working for the company. Sharon Louise is also on

hand as our very own wellbeing officer for staff who need someone to talk to whether its regarding work or home life.

All care workers are required to have or be working towards a NVQ level 2 in Health and social care, within the first 3 months of employment we register staff onto this qualification which improves their knowledge and

understanding of their job role, we encourage all staff to then progress through to their level 5 at management level.

WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON GROWTH.

We offer great opportunities for individual development dependent on competency and how much responsibility people take on the job. If you do not give people

responsibilities how can they be responsible. This helps build confidence of each staff member. Most of our training is in house so that its tailored to the clients we look after and this improves our standards and excellence in person centred care because our staff will not only understand

the generic training but they have an understanding of both generic training and training that is specific to each client we support which helps to better how they meet their needs.

Our In house trainer Sharon Louise  is a constant support of the staff to ensure standards are met and staff are performing within regulations and meeting clients’ needs as required. This gives reassurance to clients and staff by knowing support is readily available. Sharon is also on hand as our very own wellbeing officer for staff who need

someone to talk to whether regarding work or their home life.
