What we do and how we do it
We will provide the highest level of support to you from the comfort of your own home or out in the community, whatever your health requirements we can be sure to meet your needs with a person centred approach to meet your satisfaction and we will endeavour to provide the best quality of care. Find out a wide variety of services that we offer.
With one to one support, we offer from as little as 30 minute calls to 24-hour support. Our support is purely built around you as an individual and we are able to offer personalised care and we appreciate having a team of carers in your home can be daunting so we offer a preferred small team of carers to each individual. We will build your support entirely on your terms.
Prior to starting with SNE Care a member of our highly dedicated Management Team will arrange a meet and greet to complete your initial assessment, this first meeting will be free of charge. This will help us start to build your support plan which will be an ongoing plan detailing the support that we provide. We will ensure that a member of our Quality Assurance Team will contact you or a family member on a regular basis to gather feedback around the service that is provided. We also
have a team on hand to deal with your queries, nothing you require is too much, ask away and we will more than happy to oblige to ensure that the service we provide is tailored to meet your individual needs.
