Meet the Team
Since starting my first care job at the age of 18, I knew that it was a great passion of mine, giving back to others gave me a great sense of fulfilment. Over the years I have worked out in the community and care homes, I quickly realised that caring for individuals in their own home was where I wanted to be and was much more person centred. I started working at SNE Care services in 2016 as a Senior Care Assistant and progressed to Operations Manager then on to my current Role as Registered Manager, something I am very proud of. I take great pride in making SNE Care the best and have great determination and ambition to continually improve and develop SNE Care. I am also a qualified trainer in Moving & Handling, Dementia Care & Medication Management. I can 100% say with a big smile on my face that every day I wake up and cannot wait to come into work and see what the day brings.

I joined SNE Care in 2022 at the age of 17 as a Business Administration apprentice, Level 3. I am nearing the completion of this program and am eager to continue my career path within the fantastic SNE organisation. Since starting, I have gained valuable knowledge in domiciliary care, teamwork, and the policies, procedures, and laws governing the care industry.
I started my Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship with SNE Care in 2025 and it has been a truly valuable experience. While I’m not involved directly in hands-on care, I’ve come to understand how important the administrative side is in supporting both staff and service users. I’ve developed strong skills in organisation, communication, and teamwork, and I’ve gained a solid understanding of the policies and procedures that shape the care sector. Being part of SNE Care has shown me how much impact even the smallest tasks can have on someone’s well-being, and I’m proud to contribute to that. I'm excited to keep learning and growing in my role as I work towards completing my apprenticeship.
I have been at SNE since 2025 and I love my job. I came into the apprenticeship completely blind to this world and everyone is amazingly supportive. I really feel part of the team. I love helping people where I can and talking to clients is probably my favourite part of the job! I have to understand how important every role is at SNE and it's a great feeling to know I have contributed to the company in any way that may be. I am excited to continue working towards completing my apprenticeship and seeing where this takes me in the future at SNE.
